***Alert*** Statesville Police Searching For Fatal Hit-And-Run Suspect

The Statesville Police Department needs your assistance in locating Jennifer Jean. On March 12, 2021, she allegedly struck and killed Mr. Tyree Dalton at the intersection of Wilson Lee Boulevard and Winston Avenue. She was charged with Driving While Impaired and 2nd Degree Murder. Jean was scheduled to appear in court and did not appear. An order for arrest was issued for Ms. Jennifer Jean for the charges listed above. She is a 37 year old female, 5’8″ and approximately 235 .lbs. Her last know address was 1017 Wilmington Avenue, Statesville.
