Taylorsville Man Arrested Twice On Same Charge In Less Than A Week

James Roger Morton III, age 34 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Tuesday, November 21st and charged with second-degree trespass and violation of a release order. He has been placed in the Alexander County Detention under a secured bond of $12,500.

Morton was also arrested for second-degree trespass on November 17th by Taylorsville Police.
