Christopher Lynn Baily, age 49 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody overnight in Alexander County. He was served by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office with an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court and charged with felony probation violation. Baily is being held in the Alexander County Jail wit h a bond set at $11,000.
