Wilkes County Man Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

North Wilkesboro Police conducted a traffic stop Wednesday evening and arrested Matthew Linwood Jones of the Rock Creek Community in Wilkes County. Jones was charged with felony trafficking methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle for controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked.

Jones is being held in the Wilkes County Detention Center under a secured bond of $75,000.
