78-Year Old Conover Man Charged With Indecent Liberties With a Minor

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office has charged 78-year-old Johann Stoltz of Conover on two counts of felony indecent liberties with a minor.

The investigation began on July 18th when the the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office was informed of an incident involving indecent liberties with a minor. Stoltz was identified as the suspect.

He was taken into custody on Friday, August 12th and placed in the Iredell County Detention Center under a $150,000 secured bond. He will appear in District Court on September 6.
