The National Park Service is seeking public assistance in an ongoing homicide case in Watauga County.
The Park Service is requesting photos or videos taken anywhere on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina on October 9, when Rangers received a report of a body below Yadkin Valley Overlook, at milepost 289 north of Blowing Rock.
Investigators identified the victim as Josue Calderon, 33, of Rhode Island. The State Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be homicide.
