Zachary William Terrance
On March 25th, 31-year-old Zachary William Terrance was charged with four counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The suspect allegedly distributed images of prepubescent females engaged in sexual activity. When arrested, Terrance listed an Albemarle address but had been living in Alexander County for a period of time.
On April 30th, Alexander County Detectives added an additional six-counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The offenses involve videos of juvenile males and females, as young as eight-years-old, engaged in sexual activity.
Terrance remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond increased from $150,000 to $1 million.
