Hickory: Alexander Central suffered an ugly loss Friday night in Hickory.
The home team dominated and scored at will in a 63-14 beat-down. The Red Tornadoes produced points with runs, passes, punt returns, kick returns and pass interceptions.
The only glimmer of hope for AC was senior tailback Sawyer Chapman-Mays who gained 107 yards on 30 bruising carries. He also snagged 3 catches for 54 yards.
