A Taylorsville man is facing charges involving shots being fired into an occupied vehicle.
20 year old Darius Mondrill Spratt was arrested by The Alexandner County Sheriff’s Office on June 27th. According to County Chief Deputy Todd Jones, a call was received about shots being fired into a vehicle on Corner Store Road which is near Liledoun Road. Despite the vehicle being occupied, no injuries were reported.
Spratt was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center on a charge of felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling/vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000, he made an initial court appearance on July 3rd.
