39 year old Carma Cheryl Jurney of Stony Point was among those arrested. Also charged was
35-year-old Dustin Clay Gatton of Airport Road in Statesville, 24-year-old Jessica Evon Queen of Grier Farm Road in Statesville,, 37-year-old Angela Michelle Harris of Rimmer Road in Statesville, and 22-year-old William Anthony Jolin of Grier Farm Road in Statesville. Gatton is charged with possession of methamphetamine. Queen, Jurney, Harris, and Jolin are all charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Last Thursday, members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigation Unit were called to assist North Carolina Probation and Parole Officers investigate a possible methamphetamine lab at 157 Rimmer Road just north of Statesville.
While searching the location it was determined five individuals were staying at the home. A large quantity of meth was found in the residence which no one claimed ownership of. As a result of the search and investigation, the five suspects were arrested.
Bond for Gatton was set at $63,000 secured. Bond was set at $30,000 secured for Queen and Jolin, and $20,000 secured for Jurney and Harris. Gatton and Jolin have District Court appearances scheduled for Wednesday (August 10), Queen, Jurney, and Harris all have District Court dates August 22.
