A Stony Point teen is facing numerous charges after being arrested earlier this week.
Officers with Taylorsville Police on Monday October 6th arrested 17 year old Timothy James Supernant of Tall Oaks Drive, Stony Point. Supernant is charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to manufactor, sell, and deliver. Felony maintaining a vehicle for sell and deliver, possession of schedule IV narcotics, and contributing to delinquency of a minor, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a concealed gun, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The suspect was taken to the Alexander County Detention Center and held under a $20,000 secured bond according to the arrest report. Supernant has a court appearance scheduled for Monday, November 13th in Alexander County District Court.
