With Easter near, I think of Ham. It was something of a tradition to serve Ham on Easter when I was was growing up. We always ate a bunch of those Easter Eggs we found too. Strange that we never had any of those Easter chicks and to tell the truth, I don’t recall whatever happened to any of them.
