Forrest Skidmore Jr. was served with warrants on Friday.
The new charges stem from a report filed in March 2015 concerning a child who claimed they were sexually assaulted by Skidmore, a family member, over a four-year period.
While conducting the investigation, other family members came forward and claimed Skidmore assaulted them while they were living or staying at his home. Skidmore was indicted by a grand jury in February.
Skidmore was sentenced to a term of 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of possession of child pornography in January 2015.
