A judge has revoked bond for an Alexander County man and he is now back behind bars. 36 year old Jason Clary was released on a $250,000 secured bond Tuesday afternoon. Clary was charged with the murder of 35 year old Travis Harold on April 11th. The Hiddenite man has admitted to the shooting but has claimed self defense. Clary had numerous stipulations to his release and was called to appear before a judge today after some social media posts were posted. The judge is said also to have viewed the video taken by Clary’s girlfriend of the shooting on April 11th. The judge ordered Clary back to the Alexander County Detention Center and his new bond is 2 million dollars.
